Translate PowerPoint decks, slide by slide
Drop a .pptx file. Every slide comes back in place, with text sized to fit its box and your speaker notes translated too.
Scanned PDFs and images are next on the list.
A deck you can still present
Text that fits its box
Translations are kept to the room each text box has. If a box still overflows, its text is shrunk to fit, the way PowerPoint's own autofit does, instead of spilling off the slide.
Speaker notes too
Your notes are translated along with the slides, and so are tables and grouped shapes. Layouts, pictures and animations stay exactly as they were.
Bilingual deck
Ask for the bilingual version and every original slide is followed by its translated copy, with its own notes. Handy for a mixed-language audience or a review.

Questions
Which PowerPoint files can I upload?
Presentations (.pptx), templates (.potx) and slide shows (.ppsx); the translation comes back as a .pptx. Older .ppt files, macro-enabled .pptm files and password-protected decks can't be translated: remove the password or save as a plain .pptx first.
How is a presentation priced?
In pages, like every other file. You see the page count and the credits for your deck before anything starts, and the credits for anything we couldn't finish come back automatically.
Is everything on a slide translated?
Titles, text boxes, tables, grouped shapes, speaker notes and text that comes from the slide design (such as a footer on every slide) are translated. Charts, SmartArt, equations, alt text and comments keep their original text, and in the bilingual deck so does the slide-design text.
Is my document private?
Files are deleted after 7 days on the free plan and 30 days on Pro, or the moment you press Delete. We don't use your documents to train AI models, and the translation models only get the text to translate, never your name or email.
Can I try before translating everything?
Yes. "Try 3 pages first" translates just the start of the file, charged for those pages only. Translate the whole file afterwards and those pages aren't charged again.
